1.7.4. Ignition lock

1. The engine is switched off and the steering wheel is blocked. The ignition key can be inserted or will take out only in this situation.
2. The engine is switched off, but it is possible to include a radio radio tape recorder, the lighter, etc.
3. The engine works, and all electric systems can be included.
4. The starter works. After start of the engine release a key, and it will automatically return to the situation "ON" ("Vkl").

To take out a key from the ignition lock, turn it in the situation "ASS" («The additional equipment»), then press a key while it will not turn in the situation "LOCK" ("Blocking") then take out it.

For the cars equipped with illumination of the lock of ignition
Illumination of the lock of ignition will join after you will open a door of the driver and will be included during about 30 pages after you will close a door.

For cars with remote control by locks of doors
When you left the car and took out the ignition key, illumination of the lock of ignition will be included during about 30 pages. However, if to turn the ignition key in the situation "ON" ("Vkl"), illumination of the lock of ignition will go out.
On cars with external lighting in the afternoon when the ignition key is in the situation "ON" ("Vkl"), the passing beam of headlights, etc. joins.
For the cars equipped with an electronic immobilizer, for start of the engine it is necessary, that an identification code which is sent by the transponder (respondent) built in the ignition key, coincided with the identification code registered in the electronic block of an immobilizer.

Do not take out a key from the ignition lock during movement as it will lead to blocking of a steering wheel, and the car becomes uncontrollable.

At an engine stop during movement of the car the amplifier of brakes ceases to act, and overall performance of brake system decreases. Will not work also and the hydraulic booster of a steering therefore for management of a steering wheel it is required to put bigger physical effort.
Do not leave a key in the situation "ON" ("Incl.") a long time when the engine does not work, as it will lead to the category of the storage battery.
Do not turn a key in the situation "START" ("Starter") at the working engine. It can lead to starter breakage.
