2.2.13. Block of cylinders, cranked shaft and flywheel

NOTE
In the course of dismantling have the removed details (persistent half rings and loose leaves of radical bearings, etc.) as their compliance to numbers of cylinders.



Gap check in radical bearings of a cranked shaft

ATTENTION
If the gap between necks of a cranked shaft and loose leaves leaves out of admissible limits, replace loose leaves and if necessary, a cranked shaft.

Measure external diameter of a radical neck of a cranked shaft and internal diameter of the loose leaf of the radical bearing of a cranked shaft in two mutually perpendicular directions (in drawing are designated by the letters "And" and "In") and in two sections on length (in drawing are designated by figures 1 and «).
Nominal external diameter of a radical neck of a cranked shaft: 57,00 mm.
Nominal gap in the radical bearing: 0,02–0,04 mm.
Maximum permissible gap: 0,1 mm.
If the size of a gap surpasses maximum permissible value, replace loose leaves of the radical bearing and if it is necessary, a cranked shaft.

Determination of size of a gap in radical bearings of a cranked shaft with момощью plastic calibre

NOTE
Calibre application considerably simplifies procedure of definition of gaps in bearings of a cranked shaft.

Clear surfaces of the block of cylinders and a bed of a cranked shaft, radical necks of a cranked shaft and loose leaves of bearings of adjournment of oil, greasing and other pollution.
Lay a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders.
Cut off a piece of plastic calibre in the length coinciding with width of a neck, put it on a neck of a cranked shaft along an axis of a cranked shaft.
Establish a bed of a cranked shaft on the block of cylinders and tighten bolts of fastening the nominal moment 25 ±2 N · m.
Unscrew fastening bolts, remove a bed of a cranked shaft.
Measure width of the flattened calibrated plastic wire in its widest part, using a scale printed on packing of plastic calibre.
Check of a nekruglost and konusnost of radical and shatunny necks
Check a nekruglost and a konusnost of radical and shatunny necks.

Maximum permissible values
Nekruglost: no more than 0,003 mm.
Konusnost: no more than 0,005 mm.
If a nekruglost or a konusnost more maximum permissible value, replace a cranked shaft.

Back epiploon of a cranked shaft
Check a working edge of an epiploon of a cranked shaft on lack of wear or damage.
Check a rubber part of an epiploon on absence of hardening or destruction.
Check a condition of the case of an epiploon on lack of cracks and damages.

Plate of a drive of the AKPP hydrotransformer
Check a plate of a drive of the hydrotransformer on absence of deformation, damage and cracks. If necessary, replace.

Flywheel (models with MKPP)
Check a condition of a surface of contact of a flywheel with a conducted disk of coupling (lack of non-uniform wear, deep furrows, a metal skhvatyvaniye, задиров). If necessary replace a flywheel.
Check palpation of a frictional surface of a flywheel. If palpation of a flywheel exceeds maximum permissible value, replace it.
Maximum permissible value: 0,13 mm.
Check a condition of teeths of a gear wreath (lack of wear and damages). If necessary replace a flywheel assembled.

NOTE
If teeths of a wreath of a flywheel have damages, check also gear wheels of a drive of a starter.
