Removal of a back epiploon
Removal and installation of forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (4G63)
At removal of details pay attention to operation on flywheel removal assembled.
By means of the special tool fix a flywheel then unscrew fastening bolts.

ATTENTION
If the cranked shaft is fixed from a pulley, use only the recommended special tools, otherwise the probability of damage of a damper of a pulley of a cranked shaft essentially raises.

Removal and installation of forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (4G63)
By means of the special adaptation fix a flywheel then turn off fastening bolts.

Installation of a new epiploon
Removal and installation of forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (4G63)
Put a small amount of engine oil on a working edge of an epiploon on all its circle.
Tapping on an opravka, establish an epiploon so that its face surface settled down at level of a facet of the case of an epiploon, as is shown in drawing.

Flywheel installation
Before installation clear fastening bolts, carving openings in cranked to a shaft and a flywheel of oil, old hermetic and other pollution.
Grease with engine oil basic surfaces of washers of bolts of fastening of a flywheel.

NOTE
Hermetic drawing on a carving part of bolts of fastening of a flywheel is allowed (MKPP, subjects not less this operation can result in difficulties at the subsequent otvorachivaniye of bolts.

Removal and installation of forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (4G63)
By means of the special tool fix a flywheel, then tighten bolts of fastening the nominal moment of an inhaling.
Inhaling moment: 132 ±5 N · m.
Establish a casing and a conducted disk of coupling.
Establish a transmission.

Removal of a forward epiploon
Before the beginning of operation remove a belt of a drive of GRM and a belt of a drive of the balansirny mechanism.
Cut a part of a working edge of an epiploon of a cranked shaft.
Wind a screw-driver tip with a fabric, insert it into a cut of an epiploon and take an epiploon.

ATTENTION
Do not damage a cranked shaft and the case of the oil pump.

Installation of a forward epiploon
Removal and installation of forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (4G63)
Put a small amount of engine oil on a working edge of an epiploon on all its circle.
Tapping on an opravka, establish an epiploon so that it was located aflush with the epiploon case.

Installation of an asterisk of a cranked shaft
Removal and installation of forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (4G63)
Clear and degrease an obverse surface of the case of the oil pump, a surface of a cranked shaft and an asterisk.
Clear a surface of an asterisk of the cranked shaft, contacting to shaft.
Establish a rotor of the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft and an asterisk of a cranked shaft, as is shown in drawing.
Establish a belt of a drive of GRM and a belt of a drive of the balansirny mechanism.
Execute adjustment of a tension of a belt of a drive of GRM.
