2.3.8. Removal and installation of a water hose and water pipe
The operations which are carried out before removal and after installation of the valve
Merge and fill in cooling liquid.
Remove (establish) the air filter.
Remove (establish) the thermostat.
Sequence of removal of components
Disconnect the top hose of a radiator.
Remove a branch pipe of removal of cooling liquid.
Disconnect a return hose of heating of the case of a butterfly valve.
Disconnect a hose of heating of the case of a butterfly valve.
Remove the thermostat case.
Disconnect a heater hose.
Disconnect a collar of fastening of a plait of wires.
Remove a water pipe.
Remove a rubber sealing ring of a water pipe.
Detachment of the top hose of a radiator
Put sparennost labels on the top hose of a radiator and on a collar. After that disconnect the top hose of a radiator.
Installation of a rubber sealing ring of a water pipe
Do not allow hit of oils on a surface of a rubber sealing ring. Insert a rubber sealing ring into a pro-point on a water pipe. Moisten a surface of a rubber ring with water or cooling liquid.
Installation of the case of the thermostat / a taking-away branch pipe
By means of a scraper or a wire brush remove the remains of old hermetic from a sealing joint.
Put on a joint a narrow strip of hermetic.
Hermetic name: original MITSUBISHI hermetic, nomenclature number MD970389 or its equivalent.
In a current of 15 mines after hermetic drawing (hermetic should not be in time полимеризоваться) establish the case of the thermostat or taking-away branch pipe on the engine. Do not put on a joint superfluous amount of hermetic.
Connection of the top hose of a radiator
Put on the top hose of a radiator against the stop in a ledge of a taking-away branch pipe.
Combine sparennost labels on the top hose of a radiator and a collar.
Tighten a collar.
Check of a water pipe and hoses of heating of the case of a butterfly valve
After removal check a water pipe and heating hoses on existence of cracks, damages and a contamination.
In case of need replace faulty components.
