Catching system паров fuels
The catching system паров fuels, as appears from its name, is intended for hit prevention паров the fuels, being formed in a fuel tank, in the atmosphere. From a fuel tank of pair of fuel via the valve of adjustment of pressure in a fuel tank and a suction hose/tube паров fuels go to an adsorber where are absorbed by absorbent carbon. At car movement the pairs which have collected in an adsorber of fuel via the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber, a vacuum hose and the union of the case of a butterfly valve go to an inlet collector and then burn down in chambers of combustion of cylinders of the engine. At low temperature of cooling liquid or at a small consumption of air (for example, on an idling mode) the control unit the engine switches off the electromagnetic valve and the last blocks receipt паров fuels in an inlet collector. It not only provides stability of operation of the engine when it is not heated-up or works under small loading, but also reduces (literally: stabilizes, a comment red-ra) emissions of toxic substances.

Disconnect from the butterfly valve case a vacuum hose (with a red strip) and connect to it the manual vacuum pump. Close a stopper the union from which the vacuum hose was removed. Create the pump depression at operation of not heated-up or heated-up engine idling, and check a condition of the engine and depression.

The engine is not heated-up (Temperature of cooling liquid no more 40°С)

* Depression will constantly decrease, if the size of absolute (barometric) pressure about 77 kPas or is less, or air temperature in an inlet collector about 50 °C or is more.

Disconnect from the butterfly valve case a vacuum hose (with a red strip) and connect to the union of the removed hose the manual vacuum pump.

Start the engine and check that at increase in turns of the engine the depression size in proportion increases.

NOTE
If the size of depression does not increase or increases slightly, possibly, there was an union contamination in the butterfly valve case therefore clean an union opening.

Check of the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber

NOTE
At a detachment of vacuum hoses always previously put adjusting labels that at connection the hose was established in a starting position.

Disconnect from the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber vacuum tubes (with black and red strips).
Disconnect the electric socket.
Connect to the union (And) the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber the manual vacuum pump (as is shown in drawing).
Check operation of the valve (creating thus depression by the vacuum pump) at a connection / detachment of wires from plugs of the storage battery to valve conclusions.
Measure resistance between conclusions of the socket of the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber.
Nominal size: 36–44 Ohm (at 20 °C).
