Removal and air purifier installation
Remove an air inlet.
Remove the socket of the sensor of a consumption of air.
Remove the air filter together the deliverer of a consumption of air.
Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case.
Remove a hose connecting the air filter to the case of a butterfly valve.
Remove the sensor of a consumption of air.
Remove laying of the sensor of a consumption of air.
Uncover the air filter.
Remove filtering element of the air filter.
Remove the case of the air filter.
Remove an arm of the air filter.
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Removal of an inlet collector
The operations which are carried out before removal of a collector.
Dump pressure in fuel system.
Merge cooling liquid from the engine.
Remove a cross-section beam of racks of a forward suspension bracket.
Remove the butterfly valve case.
Remove a fuel lath with nozzles.
Disconnect a hose of system of decrease in toxicity.
Disconnect a hose of the vacuum amplifier.
Disconnect a "mass" wire.
Disconnect the socket of the sensor of a detonation.
Remove masloizmeritelny щуп and directing щупа.
Remove a sealing ring masloizmeritelny щупа.
Disconnect a vacuum hose.
Disconnect fastenings of a plait of wires of the storage battery.
Remove an arm of an inlet collector.

Remove the EGR system valve.
Remove laying of the valve of EGR system.

Check of components
Check is carried out according to the given points of check. In case of detection of defects the faulty component should be replaced.

Check of an inlet collector
Check existence of cracks or damages of an inlet collector.
Check, whether vacuum unions, and also passes for the retsirkuliruyemy fulfilled gases are littered.
By means of a ruler or a special template check not planeness of the joint interfaced to a head of cylinders.
Nominal rate: 0,15 mm or less.
Limiting allowed value: 0,20 mm.

Installation of an inlet collector
Installation of components is carried out in return sequence.
Establish a fuel lath with nozzles.
Establish the butterfly valve case.
Establish a cross-section beam of racks of a forward suspension bracket.
Fill in cooling liquid in the engine.
Adjust a butterfly valve cable.
Check tightness of fuel system.

Removal of a final collector
The operations which are carried out before removal and after installation of a collector.
Remove (establish) a protective casing.
Disconnect a reception pipe of final system.
Remove sealing laying.
Disconnect the forward oxygen sensor.
Remove the screen of a final collector.
Remove an arm of a final collector.
Remove a protective cover of a starter.
Remove an arm of a cover of a starter.
Remove an arm for engine lifting.
Remove a final collector.
Remove laying of a final collector.

NOTE
For removal and installation of the forward oxygen sensor use a special key (MD998770).

Check of components
Check is carried out according to the given points of check. In case of detection of defects the faulty component should be replaced.

Check of a final collector
Check existence of cracks or damages of a final collector.
By means of a ruler or a special template check not planeness interfaced to a head of cylinders of a joint of a collector.
Nominal rate: 0,15 mm or less.
Limiting allowed value: 0,20 mm.

Catalytic converter
Three-componental catalytic converter works together with a control system of structure fuel - an air mix with feedback on a signal of the oxygen sensor. Catalytic converter oxidizes carbon oxide (WITH) and hydrocarbons (SN) and reduces emissions of oxides of nitrogen (NOx). When the stekhiometriche-sky air and fuel relation is supported, three-componental converter provides the greatest efficiency of cleaning on three groups of substances, namely: WITH, SN and NOx.

Removal and installation
Removal of details is made as numbers, specified in drawing.
At removal of details pay attention to operation on removal of the oxygen sensor.
For removal and installation of the oxygen sensor use a special key (MD998770).
Installation of details is made as it should be, the return to removal.
