3.3.6. Check

Coupling casing
Examine the ends of petals of a diafragmenny spring on existence of wear and an inequality of heights of the ends of petals. Replace details if wear is obvious, or the difference of heights of the ends of petals exceeds limiting value.
Limiting value: 0.5 mm
Check a surface of a press disk on existence of cracks and decolouration.
Check reliability of fastening of rivets. If there is a gap, replace a coupling casing.

Conducted disk of coupling

ATTENTION
Do not clear a conducted disk of coupling in clearing solvent.

Check working surfaces on existence of the loosened rivets, non-uniform contact, traces of a prikhvatyvaniye or oils and konsistentny greasings. If defects are found, replace a conducted disk of coupling.

NOTE
At detection of traces by konsistentny greasing or oils, define a source of pollution and eliminate it.

Measure distance between a head of a rivet and a working surface of a slip. Replace a conducted disk of coupling, if distance – less limiting.
Minimum limit: 0.3 mm
Check a condition of dempferny springs. If there are defects, replace a conducted disk of coupling.
Establish a conducted disk of coupling on the leader to a shaft and check ease of moving of a disk on shlitsa and a free wheeling in the rotation direction. If the disk jams on shlitsa, clear, collect and check anew.
If the excessive free wheeling is obvious, replace a conducted disk of coupling and/or a leading shaft.

Bearing of switching off of coupling

ATTENTION
The bearing of switching off of coupling is filled with konsistentny greasing. Therefore, do not wash it in clearing solvent.

Check on existence of jamming, damage, noise or jamming / hard rotation.
Check wear of a surface which contacts with a diafragmenny spring.
Check wear of a surface which contacts with a fork of switching off of coupling. At abnormal wear, replace.

Fork of switching off of coupling
If the surface which contacts with the bearing, has excessive wear, replace a fork.
