Wrap up the working cylinder rags not to allow a piston departure at removal and to avoid a service personnel travmirovaniye.
Gradually submit compressed not to allow a razbryzaivaniye of working liquid.
Take the piston from the working cylinder by means of the compressed air.
Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling.
At installation of details pay attention to operation on installation of the piston and a piston cuff.

Put the specified working liquid on an internal surface of the case of the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling and on an external surface of the piston and a piston cuff. Establish the piston and a piston cuff assembled in the case of the working cylinder.
Type of working liquid: brake SAE J 1703 or FMVSS116 DOT3 liquid or DOT4.

Check
Check an internal surface of the case of the working cylinder on lack of a rust and damage.
Measure internal diameter of the working cylinder by means of a nutromer in three points on length (at near edge, in the middle and at the far-away country of the case) and in two mutually perpendicular directions. Replace the working cylinder assembled if the gap between the piston and the case of the working cylinder exceeds maximum permissible value.
Maximum permissible value: 0,15 mm.
