3.5.1. Precautionary measures necessary at dismantling and assembly of AKP

During repair it is necessary to avoid damages of details of AKP.
The workplace should be covered with a rubber rug and be kept clean.
During dismantling and assembly of a transmission it is not recommended to use knitted gloves and to wipe details a rag. In case of need it is necessary to use a nylon rag or a paper towel.
All details should be washed out and dried up by means of the compressed air.
Metal details can be washed out usual means.
With frictional slips, plastic and rubber details it is necessary to wash out disks only oil for (ATF) AKP.
It is impossible to reuse laying, epiploons or rubber products.
After each dismantling of AKP it is necessary to replace them new. Only the sealing ring oil щупа can be used repeatedly.
As konsistentny greasing it is possible to use only dark blue greasing.
All rubbing surfaces and mobile connections before assembly are necessary for oiling for AKP.
For installation of laying it is impossible to use hermetic.
In case of need replacements of the plug it is necessary to change all knot in which it is established.
In case of damage of a case of AKP it is necessary to disassemble and wash out cooling system.
