4.3.1. General information
Peredny Bridge includes naves of forward wheels, rotary fists, bearings of naves and power shafts. Peredny Bridge has the following design features:
As bearings of naves I am used the dvukhryadny radialnouporny ball bearings, capable to perceive considerable axial loadings into which design epiploons enter.
Power shafts turn on hinges of equal angular speeds – hinges of the Tripod type (TJ) and Brifild's (PTJ) hinges which possess high efficiency and, as a result, low level of vibrations and noise.
For the purpose of decrease in the noise which source are gear wheels of power shafts, on power shafts dynamic quenchers of fluctuations are established.
The gear wreath of the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel is pressed in the external hinge of equal angular speeds.
Check axial люфта nave bearing
Remove a support in collecting and suspend it on a wire.
Remove a brake disk from a nave of a forward wheel.
Establish the indicator of hour type, as is shown in drawing. Moving a nave in the axial direction, measure axial люфт the nave bearing.
Admissible value: 0,05 mm
If axial люфт exceeds admissible value, disassemble knot of a nave of a forward wheel and check a technical condition of elements of a design.
Establish a brake disk and a support assembled, tighten bolts of fastening of a support with the moment and 100 ± 10 N · m.
Replacement of bolts of fastening of a nave
Remove a support in collecting and suspend it on a wire that it did not fall.
Remove a brake disk.
By means of a stripper of bolts (МВ991618) dismantle bolts of fastening of a nave.
Put on a washer a new bolt of fastening of a nave and, holding a nave the holder (МВ990767), establish a bolt together with a nut.
Establish a brake disk and a support assembled, tighten bolts of fastening of a support with the moment and 100 + 10 N · m.
