4.5.1. General information

In the car the back iterative suspension bracket of independent type with longitudinal levers is used. Shock-absorber hydraulic, cylindrical gas-filled double action.

* the Difference between right and left wheels should not be more than 30'.

Technical operations on the car

ATTENTION
At the weakened nuts of shaft of naves of wheels (самоконтрящихся nuts) or badly fixed adaptations for check of corners of installation of wheels of a drive (МВ991014), check of bearings of naves of wheels is not allowed.

ATTENTION
For cars with wheels from an aluminum alloy: attach a measuring instrument of corners of installation of wheels to a shaft of a drive of a wheel by means of the special adaptation (МВ991014). Fix the special tool the same moment of an inhaling 175 ±25 as a nut of a nave of a back wheel (самоконтрящуюся a nut). If disorder does not correspond to nominal rate, execute the following operations.

Disconnect an operating bar from the longitudinal lever.
Adjust disorder rotation of an adjusting bolt (an assembly bolt of the bottom lever of the suspension bracket, located from the interior of a body).
– LH: Clockwise from a forward part of the car (+) disorder.
– RH: Clockwise from a forward part of the car (–) disorder.
– The scale has the division price equal about 14’.
For prevention of destruction of plugs, a connecting bolt in the beginning tighten previously, then finally tighten the moment 90 + 10 N · m, and not loaded car should be on the earth.
Fix an operating bar on the longitudinal lever.
After disorder adjustment, regulate a convergence of wheels of the car.

Convergence
Nominal rate: on the average line of a protector of the tire, 3 +2 mm.
Convergence size (on a wheel): 0°08±0,5’.
If the convergence does not correspond to nominal rate, adjust it as follows.

ATTENTION
For prevention of destruction of plugs, a nut of fastening of the managing director of a bar in the beginning tighten previously, then finally tighten the moment of 120 +10 N · m, and not loaded car should be on the earth.

Operating bar: front view»
Adjust a convergence rotation of an adjusting bolt (an assembly bolt of an operating bar of the suspension bracket, located from the interior of a body).
– LH: Clockwise from a forward part of the car (+) a convergence.
– RH: Clockwise from a forward part of the car (–) a convergence.
– Turn of an adjusting bolt on one division of a scale changes a convergence to 2,6 mm (the unilateral corner of a convergence corresponds 16’).

Check axial люфта the basic bearing of an operating bar
Lift the car.
Having shaken a hand up-down an operating bar, check existence axial люфта the basic bearing. In the presence of considerable люфта, replace an operating bar.

Check axial люфта basic bearing of the top lever of a suspension bracket
Lift the car.
Having shaken a hand up-down the top lever of a suspension bracket, check existence axial люфта the basic bearing. In the presence of considerable люфта, replace the top lever of a suspension bracket.

Check axial люфта spherical hinge of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket
Lift the car.
Disconnect a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability and the shock-absorber from from the bottom lever of a suspension bracket.
Having shaken a hand up-down the bottom lever of a suspension bracket, check existence axial люфта the basic bearing. In the presence of considerable люфта, replace the basic bearing of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket.
Upon termination of check, again connect a rack of the stabilizer and the shock-absorber to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket.

Check of a condition of a protective cover of the spherical hinge of a rack of the stabilizer
Check a condition of protective covers of the spherical hinge of a rack of the stabilizer on existence of cracks and damages, squeezing covers fingers.
In the presence of cracks or damages of a protective cover, replace a stabilizer rack assembled.

ATTENTION
Cracks or damages to a protective cover can cause destructions of the spherical hinge.
