5.2.8. Test of the hydropump of system for developed pressure
Disconnect a delivery hose from the hydropump and in a gap connect the following special tool.
– МВ990662: a measuring instrument of pressure of working liquid in system.
– МВ991548: the adapter of a measuring instrument of pressure of working liquid in system (from the hydropump).
– МВ991549: the adapter of a measuring instrument of pressure of working liquid in system (from a hose).
Start the engine, several times turn a steering wheel to lift temperature of working liquid in system to 50–60 °C.
Start the engine and let's to it idle at 750 +100 mines-1.
ATTENTION
The gate-type valve of a measuring instrument of pressure should not remain closed by more than 10 pages.
|
Completely close the gate-type valve of a measuring instrument of pressure and measure the limiting pressure developed by the hydropump, and compare it to a range of nominal rates. At once upon termination of check of pressure open the gate-type valve.
Nominal rate: 8,8–9,5 MPas.
If the measured size of pressure does not correspond to nominal rate, replace the hydropump.
Check, corresponds or not developed pressure to nominal rate in the absence of loading at completely open gate-type valve of a measuring instrument of pressure.
Nominal rate: 0,8–1,0 MPas.
If the measured pressure does not correspond to nominal rate, the reason of it consists in malfunction of connecting pipelines or the steering mechanism therefore they are necessary for checking and, if necessary, to repair.
Turn a steering wheel against the stop to the right or to the left; check corresponds or not pressure in the line to nominal rate.
Nominal rate: 8,8–9,5 MPas.
If the measured size of pressure does not correspond to nominal rate, repair the steering mechanism. Repeat pressure measurement.
Disconnect the special tool (for pressure measurement) and fix a delivery hose the nominal moment.
Nominal moment of an inhaling: 57 + 7 N · m.
Remove air from system.
