5.2.9. Check of the sensor switch of pressure of the hydraulic booster of a steering

Disconnect a delivery hose from the hydropump and in a gap connect the following special tool.
– МВ990662: a measuring instrument of pressure of working liquid in system.
– МВ991548: the adapter of a measuring instrument of pressure of working liquid in system (from the hydropump).
– МВ991549: the adapter of a measuring instrument of pressure of working liquid in system (from a hose).
Remove air from system, several times turn a steering wheel at the motionless car to lift temperature of working liquid in system to 50–60 °C.
The engine should idle.
Disconnect the socket of the sensor switch of pressure, connect an ohmmeter to the sensor switch socket.
Gradually closing the gate-type valve of a measuring instrument of pressure, increase pressure in system, then check activates or not pressure in system the sensor switch at nominal rate of its operation.
Nominal rate: 1,5–2,0 MPas.
Gradually opening the gate-type valve of a measuring instrument of pressure also reduce pressure in system, then check activates or not pressure in system the sensor switch at nominal rate of its operation.
Nominal rate: 0,7–2,0 MPas
Disconnect the special tool (for pressure measurement) and fix a delivery hose the nominal moment.
Nominal moment of an inhaling: 57 + 7 N · m
Remove air from system.
