6.2.8. Check of work of a regulator of pressure of back brakes
Connect two manometers respectively to an entrance and an exit of a regulator of pressure as is shown in drawing.
Remove air from hydrosystem of brakes and manometers.
Smoothly pressing a brake pedal, make the following measurements, and be convinced that results are in admission limits.
Pressure on an exit starts to fall concerning pressure on an entrance (an inclusion point).
Nominal size: 2,7–3,19 MPas
Check and be convinced that at increase in effort of pressing at a brake pedal, pressure of liquid on an exit is in the set limits, thus pressure on an entrance corresponds to the values given in the table.
Nominal size: 3,68–4,17 MPas.
Difference of pressure on an exit between right and left hydrosystem contours.
The most admissible value: 0,39 MPas.
If results of measurements of pressure do not correspond nominal, replace a pressure regulator.
