6.4.2. Removal and installation of the hydraulic block


Removal of the socket of a plait of wires
Turn the lever of the zamkovy device on an arrow, as is shown in drawing to unblock the lock, then disconnect the socket.

Removal of the hydraulic block assembled

ATTENTION
The hydraulic block assembled has big weight therefore be careful at its removal.

The hydraulic block assembled is not folding design therefore it is forbidden to weaken any bolts and nuts.
It is forbidden to drop or strike the hydraulic block.
It is forbidden to overturn or put sideways the hydraulic block.

Installation of a brake tube
Connect tubes of the hydraulic block assembled as is shown in drawing.
1. To a regulator of pressure of back brakes (the right wheel)
2. To a regulator of pressure of back brakes (the left wheel)
3. From the main brake cylinder (the primary chamber)
4. From the main brake cylinder (the secondary chamber)
5. To the forward brake mechanism (the right wheel)
6. To the forward brake mechanism (the left wheel)
