7.6.3. Filling with oil of system of the conditioner

Usmensheniye amounts of oil in system of the compressor worsens its greasing and leads to failure of the conditioner. Too large amount of oil increases air temperature on an exit. At conditioner assembly at plant, it refuels 120 ml of compressor oil. At turning on of the conditioner, oil is transferred on all system of the conditioner by a coolant. A quantity of oil is grasped and keeps in various places of system. At replacement of some elements of central air, it is necessary to add an oil quantity instead of lost together with the replaced elements.

Check of work of system
Checked cars should not settle down on the open sun.
Close valves of high and low pressure on a measuring collector.
Connect a charging hose (dark blue color) to the valve of low pressure and connect a charging hose (red color) to the valve of a high pressure of a measuring collector.

ATTENTION
For connection of the quick-detachable socket, strongly press the element "And" to the service valve before "click".
In the course of hose connection, carry out a hand along a hose to be convinced of lack of excesses.

Attach the quick-detachable socket (for low pressure) to a charging hose (dark blue color) and attach the quick-detachable socket (for a high pressure) to a charging hose (red color).

ATTENTION
The service valve of a high pressure is on a conditioner tube, and the service valve of low pressure on a soaking-up hose.

Connect the quick-detachable socket (low pressure) to the service valve of low pressure, and the quick-detachable socket (high pressure) to the service valve of a high pressure.
Start the engine.
Establish governing bodies the conditioner as follows:
– conditioner switch: the conditioner – is switched on («ON»);
– mode choice: the situation "FACE" (in a face);
– management in temperature: situation «MAXIMUM COOLING» («MAXIMUM COOLING»)
– choice of supply of air: situation "RECIRCULATI ON" ("RETSIRKULYATSIYA");
– heater switch: situation: «4» («Fast») – ("Quickly").
At turning on of the electromagnetic coupling of the compressor, the engine should keep on idling turns.
The engine should be heated-up (all windows and doors should be open).
Establish the thermometer in a lattice of the central air distributor and let's work to the engine of 20 minutes.

ATTENTION
At turning on/switching off of the electromagnetic coupling, take readings of the thermometer before coupling switching off

Note value of temperature of leaving air.
