8.2.13. Adjustment of forward and back lateral doors
If a gap on perimeter between a lateral door and a body non-uniform, paste a protective tape on a body round a loop and on the door region, then by means of the special tool weaken bolts of fastening of a loop of a door to a body. Moving a door, adjust a gap between a door and a body so that the gap was identical on all perimeter of a door.
If the closed door is not flush with a body surface, by means of the special tool weaken bolts of fastening of loops on a door and adjust the provision of a door so that its surface was aflush with a body surface.
ATTENTION
Do not make effort over 98 N the special tool.

NOTE
If washers of bolts of fastening of a loop of a door are welded, remove a door loop, then by means of a chisel or the detachable machine remove washer welding.

Establish a door loop into place, previously having painted over the damaged area of a loop paint from a repair kit or having processed anticorrosive structure.
If opening and door closing is complicated, adjust gearing of the lock and a door clamp by installation of additional laying between a clamp and a rack of a body and moving of a clamp either up-down, or to the right-to the left.
Adjustment of a back door
If opening and door closing is complicated, replace a clamp of the lock of a door and bolts of fastening of a clamp.
Temporarily tighten fastening bolts, then adjust gearing of the lock and a clamp of the lock of a door moving of a clamp of the lock either forward-back, or to the right-to the left.
After adjustment tighten bolts the nominal moment.
Inhaling moment: 20–28 N · m.
NOTE
If heads of bolts are hooked for edge of facing of a threshold of a back door, by means of a round file process places of contact of facing with a bolt.

If a gap on perimeter between a back door and a body non-uniform, weaken bolts of fastening of loops of a door and adjust a gap, moving loops.
Adjust height of an arrangement of a back door, turning rubber support of a door. At each complete turn of a rubber support the height increases approximately by 3 mm.
